Before travelling


All Suites Perth provides fully self-contained apartment style accommodation and is therefore suitable to accommodate self-isolating guests. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen* (fridge, hot plates, oven, microwave), clothes washer, flat-screen TV, and high-speed WiFi Internet. All Suites Perth is also happy to facilitate deliveries from grocery stores and food delivery services.

Please note we are unable to accommodate guests that have any COVID-19 symptoms, have been in close contact to any known COVID-19 cases or travel from/trough COVID-19 hotspots.


As hotel we have increased our cleaning procedures and implemented preventative measures to keep our guest, staff, and visitors safe during this pandemic including, but not limited to:

  • Social distancing enforced in all common areas

  • Contactless check- in, check- out and payments carried out whenever possible

  • Hand sanitiser provided in public areas

  • Hospital strength cleaning products used for all high touch room and bathroom areas

  • Increased cleaning in public areas with frequent disinfection of all high touch areas

  • Apartments are left vacant in between bookings as much as possible


As hotel we do everything in our power to keep guests and staff safe and we expect all our guest to do the same. If you are self-isolating and arriving at our hotel, please:

  • Make yourself known to reception as self-isolating guest

  • Keep your distance to staff and other guests, at least 1.5 meter

  • Use hand sanitiser before touching any surface

  • ensure you wear your face mask until you have entered your apartment

  • Do not leave your apartment during quarantine. If you have an exemption from the authorities, please advise hotel staff prior to leaving your apartment.

  • All deliveries will be left at your apartment door, please wait for staff to leave before opening your door and collecting your items.

Please note that although self-isolation period is 14 days, you would need to book for 15 nights as your quarantine will only end at midnight on day 14.

* Executive Queen room has only limited cooking facilities. 

Practical information


  • FIRE EVACUATION PROCEDURES Become familiar with the fire evacuation plan detailed in your room. If there is an evacuation direction, you should evacuate as instructed, and you must wear a mask for the entire time you are outside of your room.

  • Groceries can be ordered from Woolworth or Coles and you can schedule delivery prior to your arrival during reception hours (8:30 am to 6 pm). Please advise our team per email or phone once you have placed your order so we can make sure deliveries are made to your apartment. There is also a bottle shop that delivers for free to the hotel within an hour (Monday to Friday 11:00 - 16:30) when using coupon code ALLSUITES. Click here to go to their online store.

  • All major food delivery services deliver to this address, we strongly recommend ordering during reception hours so we can ensure food is delivered to your apartment. Outside reception hours delivery personnel will need to contact our afterhours team on 08 9468 3288 to retrieve a lift access card from an onsite lockbox. It is helpful to add these delivery instructions when placing your order. Please note ordering outside reception hours is at own risk. Deliveroo, UberEats, Menulog.

  • Due to self-isolation requirements we are unable to service your apartment during your stay. Anything you may require can be requested from the reception (dial 9 from room phone) and we will be happy to leave it in front of your apartment. 

    • Fresh towels (we encourage to reuse your towels to limit impact on the environment)

    • Replenishment of soap, shampoo, coffee and tea, toilet paper and tissues

    • Emptying of bins (please put outside your apartment and contact reception for collection)

It's important to keep active as much as possible. To get some ideas for a workout, World Health Organisation has composed a list of  home-based exercises that doesn't require any equipment. There are also numerous video's available on Youtube for all levels of experience.
